"Megan is great, I actually got a quote previously and the rate was very similar to what I had so I decided to not make the switch. "I am sure you are aware of all the negative comments about State Farm. Here is my actual experience. My agent is Jason Strickland in Broken Arrow, before him it was his mother Sharon. His entire staff has always treated us professionally and courteously. They are “like a good neighbor.” I, unfortunately have had to file two major homeowners claims with them. Both claims were handled expeditiously and courteously. Here’s an example of what they did when we had to be out of our home, they arranged for us a nice place to stay for nine days and boarded our three dogs for the same time. Worked with us and our contractors with courtesy and professionalism. I have been their customer for over 20 years. Here’s to another 20."

"Veronica called me today out of the clear Blue she had some ideas that might be able to help me. I’ve recently been upgraded to stage four cancer and she just like I said call me out of the clear blue. It was the last Person I would expect to hear from but she talk to me for about 45 minutes and we hung up and then she called me back twice later that day cause she would think of something else. "Brayden is very knowledgeable and encourages customers to find the best deal for themselves. "I met with Jason and one of his agents, Brayden, to discuss switching from USAA, a company I had been with for over 35 years. After comparing auto & home policies, they were able to save me almost $2,000 per year and giving me better coverage. I was shocked at the difference. They explained what the coverage was, showed me the impact of what the different deductable levels were, and made several recommendations that I hadn't considered before.
